Digital product
Deck Monkey sells downloadable digital PowerPoint template files. Because access is provided digitally, refunds are not generally offered for change of mind once the product has been accessed, downloaded or made available to you.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Change of mind
We do not generally provide refunds if you change your mind, no longer need the product, choose the wrong product, do not have Microsoft PowerPoint or decide the product is not suitable after access has been provided.
Please review the product description, slide previews and requirements before purchasing.
Problems with the product
If there is a problem with the product, contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement file, restore download access, help troubleshoot the issue or, where required by applicable law, provide a refund.
Examples of issues we will review include:
- the download link does not work
- the file is corrupted
- you were charged incorrectly
- you did not receive access to the product
- the product is materially different from how it was described
Immediate access to digital content
By purchasing a downloadable digital product with instant access, you request immediate supply of the digital content. Where applicable law allows, your right to cancel or withdraw may end once access to the digital content has started.
This does not affect any non-excludable rights you may have if the product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
U.S. customers
For U.S. customers, this is an online purchase of downloadable digital content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no cooling-off, cancellation or change-of-mind refund applies once access to the digital product has been provided.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws.
Software compatibility
The product is designed for Microsoft PowerPoint. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to compatible software before purchasing.
We do not guarantee full compatibility with Google Slides, Apple Keynote, Canva or other presentation tools unless expressly stated.
Billing errors and unauthorized purchases
If you believe there has been a duplicate charge, unauthorized purchase or billing error, contact us promptly so we can review it with Lemon Squeezy.
Depending on the circumstances, Lemon Squeezy may process refunds or chargeback-related issues in accordance with its own buyer terms and payment processes.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a Stripe company, as our authorized checkout provider and Merchant of Record.
Refunds may be processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may also review refund or chargeback-related issues in accordance with its own buyer terms and payment processes.
