These Terms of Sale and Website Use apply to your use of the Deck Monkey website and to any purchase, download or use of Deck Monkey digital products.

By using this website, purchasing a product or downloading a Deck Monkey file, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the product.

Deck Monkey is operated by Quirk Advisory Pty Ltd, based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.

In these Terms, “Deck Monkey”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Quirk Advisory Pty Ltd operating through the Deck Monkey brand.

2. About Deck Monkey

Deck Monkey provides digital PowerPoint templates and related materials for business and professional users.

The Deck Monkey Corporate Starter Pack is a downloadable PowerPoint template pack. It is not custom presentation design, consulting, training, software-as-a-service or a subscription.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, your purchase gives you access to the digital files described on the product page at the time of purchase.

You may use this website for lawful personal, professional and business purposes.

We aim to describe Deck Monkey products clearly and accurately.

The Deck Monkey Corporate Starter Pack is designed to provide editable PowerPoint layouts, reusable slide structures and related guidance for people preparing professional presentations.

The product is supplied as a digital download. It is not a physical product. It does not include bespoke presentation design, custom slide creation, brand redesign, consulting, training or general PowerPoint support.

5. Digital delivery

Deck Monkey products are delivered digitally.

After payment is completed, you should receive access to the relevant download, file or delivery instructions through the checkout provider, receipt email or download page.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address during checkout and for keeping access to your receipt or download information.

If you have trouble accessing your download, contact hello@deckmonkey.io and include your order email address.

6. Payment and checkout

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized checkout provider and Merchant of Record.

Deck Monkey does not store your full payment card details on this website.

The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes, fees or currency conversion, will be shown in the checkout before purchase.

Your purchase may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s own checkout terms, payment terms and policies.

7. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed on the website and/or during checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, Deck Monkey products are sold in US dollars.

If your card or bank account uses another currency, your bank, card provider or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST or similar tax may be calculated and shown by Lemon Squeezy at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

8. License to use the product

When you purchase a Deck Monkey product, you receive a limited license to use the product under these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Deck Monkey website, brand, templates, slide layouts, design system, written materials, downloadable files and related content remain owned by Quirk Advisory Pty Ltd or its licensors.

Purchasing a Deck Monkey product gives you a license to use the product under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original product, source files, design system, brand, copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property.

You retain ownership of your own content, including your own words, data, images, logos, analysis and business materials that you add to presentations.

11. Compatibility and customer responsibility

Deck Monkey products are designed for Microsoft PowerPoint.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable software, devices, fonts, permissions and access rights to open and use the product.

Compatibility with third-party tools, older versions of PowerPoint, alternative presentation software or unusual system configurations is not guaranteed.

Some formatting, fonts, colors, images or layout behaviours may vary depending on your version of PowerPoint, operating system, installed fonts or export settings.

13. Refunds

Our refund position is set out in our Refund Policy.

Because Deck Monkey is a digital product, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been purchased, accessed or downloaded.

However, this does not affect any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.

14. Consumer guarantees and non-excludable rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.

Where a law gives you rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, those rights and remedies continue to apply.

You are responsible for the substance, accuracy, quality and appropriateness of any presentation, document or communication you create using Deck Monkey products.

Deck Monkey may use third-party services to operate the website, process payments, deliver products, manage downloads, provide analytics, send communications or support customers.

These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and operating rules.

We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.

We may send you emails directly related to your purchase, including receipts, download information, support responses, refund-related messages and important product access notices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to your purchase or use of a Deck Monkey product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update the website, product descriptions, files, pricing, features, inclusions and these Terms from time to time.

The Terms that apply to your purchase are the Terms in effect at the time you complete your purchase, unless a change is required by law or is clearly stated to apply to existing users.
